Ingredients:
- 1 pound spaghetti
- 1 pound cream cheese
- 1 pound string beans
- 6-8 cloves garlic, minced
- 1.5-2 cups cream
- olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- crushed red pepper
1. Boil spaghetti to preferred tenderness
2. Cook string beans to desired tenderness
3. Sautee garlic in olive oil
4. Add cream cheese to olive oil and garlic
5. Melt on low heat folding oil and garlic into cream cheese
6. Stir in cream until desired sauce thickness
7. Add Salt, Pepper, and Crushed Red Pepper to taste
8. Stir in string beans and pasta until sauce used
